Director, Healthcare Technology Product Management (AI)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid working model in Berlin or remote role. International travel of approximately 25% is required. Applicants may be required to attend onsite interviews at a hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Define and execute the international product strategy for AI-powered Clinical Decision Support.
• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Product Managers in a matrixed product organization.
• Represent international customer insights and market opportunities in global product decisions and roadmaps.
• Drive experimentation with Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities, validating and scaling successful innovations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical SMEs, Design, Commercial, and regional leaders to deliver evidence-based AI experiences.
• Define product KPIs and communicate strategy, outcomes, risks, and business impact to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management or product leadership experience with complex product portfolios.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing product teams in a global or matrixed organization.
• Experience defining product strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, conducting customer discovery, and making data-driven decisions.
• Experience leading AI-enabled digital products, preferably in healthcare, enterprise software, knowledge platforms, or clinical decision support.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, LLM-based applications, and intelligent workflow orchestration.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, influencing, commercial, and customer-focused skills.

Nice to have

• Clinical background such as MD, RN, PharmD, or another healthcare professional qualification.
• Experience with Clinical Decision Support, Medical Information, Point-of-Care, Digital Health, or healthcare technology solutions.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, human-in-the-loop approaches, AI governance, model evaluation, and AI safety.
• Experience working across international healthcare markets and regional regulatory requirements.
