eLearning / Instructional Designer — Arabic Localization (Articulate Storyline 360)

hirify.global is a translation and education design provider with 22 years of experience, expanding its eLearning localization team for a large-scale English-to-Arabic humanitarian-sector project.

What you will do

• Localize and rebuild existing Articulate Storyline 360 courses into Modern Standard Arabic while preserving instructional design and functionality.
• Adapt layouts, text containers, fonts, navigation, sequencing, and interactions for right-to-left display.
• Localize assessment screens and question banks.
• Integrate Arabic AI and human narration and synchronize timing.
• Produce correctly timed RTL Arabic video subtitles.
• Build, test, and troubleshoot SCORM packages for LMS hosting and deliver QA reports.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience developing or localizing eLearning courses in Articulate Storyline 360, with portfolio or project samples.
• Demonstrated experience adapting Arabic content for RTL display.
• Experience with SCORM packaging, LMS compatibility, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Native Arabic and near-native English proficiency required.
• Ability to work remotely from Turkey.

Nice to have

• Translation or localization experience.
• Experience with humanitarian, legal, or protection content.
• Video localization and subtitle timing experience.
• Familiarity with ISO-aligned localization QA workflows.
