VOD Operations Coordinator

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands, with part-time work from home

Salary: €2,600 gross per month

Global media and entertainment organization distributing entertainment content from its Amsterdam office to streaming and other non-linear platforms worldwide.

What you will do

• Coordinate VOD delivery requests as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Prepare, process, and monitor content for publication across streaming platforms such as Netflix, Amazon, iTunes, and SKY.
• Coordinate video, dubbing, subtitles, metadata, and other required media components.
• Monitor workflows, maintain quality standards, and ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with technical support teams while maintaining documentation and system information.
• Support new launches, client onboardings, departmental projects, and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Must live in the Amsterdam area and be available to start in October.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and deadline management skills.
• Proactive, flexible, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients across international and technical teams.
• Interest in media, entertainment, and the technology behind video-on-demand.
