Product Manager (f/m/d) - SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Localization

What you will do

• Develop and execute the hirify.global Global Trade Services strategy for European import and export declarations.
• Maintain a responsive product roadmap and drive compliance automation for EU and country-specific requirements.
• Translate customs regulations and stakeholder input into product specifications and user stories.
• Coordinate engineering, compliance, customs brokers, customers, sales, and implementation stakeholders.
• Represent customer needs in product development, resolve escalated issues, and validate localization compliance.
• Build relationships with customs authorities and support regulatory change management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, trade compliance, and logistics.
• Extensive experience implementing hirify.global GTS and strong knowledge of hirify.global GTS architecture.
• Expertise in European customs, data integration, and import/export compliance.
• Experience managing complex portfolios and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, specification, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hirify.global S/4HANA and other hirify.global trade compliance solutions.
• Previous interaction with customs authorities.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies, especially AI, and regulatory change management.
