Accounting Manager (Healthtech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Fremont, California, United States

Base salary: $90,000–$110,000 USD annually

hirify.global is a growing direct-to-consumer healthtech company operating across telemedicine, prescription skincare, wellness, eCommerce, inventory, and healthcare-related activities.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end month-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Oversee revenue recognition, inventory, intercompany accounting, payroll, AP/AR, and fixed assets.
• Manage financial statements, internal reporting packages, and balance sheet and P&L fluctuation analyses.
• Direct treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and liquidity optimization.
• Partner with Supply Chain to improve inventory controls, reporting, forecasting, cycle counts, and inventory turns.
• Develop accounting policies, improve processes through automation, manage staff accountants, and support external audits and public reporting readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting experience and 2–3 years in a manager role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
• Ability to manage complex accounting operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience in eCommerce, healthcare, telemedicine, or inventory-based businesses.
