Assistant Finance Manager

Location: Pleasanton, California, United States

Salary: $90,900–$170,100 annually for Zone A; $83,400–$155,900 annually for Zone B; $75,800–$141,700 annually for Zone C, plus eligibility for incentive plans.

What you will do

• Own and improve core financial processes and deliver accurate, timely financial work products.
• Lead elements of planning, forecasting, financial close, and reporting, including resolving issues and challenging assumptions.
• Analyze performance against plans, forecasts, and prior periods to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop financial models, scenarios, and recommendations for strategic, operational, and investment decisions.
• Translate complex analyses into executive-ready insights and partner cross-functionally to influence business decisions.
• Improve Finance processes through data analytics, visualization, automation, emerging technologies, and effective internal controls.

Requirements

• Completed MBA or an MBA expected before the start date.
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Cumulative graduate GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Relevant professional experience showing increasing responsibility, strategic thinking, leadership, and business or financial acumen.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business productivity tools, plus financial, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial modeling, data analytics and visualization, automation, database tools, or ERP tools.
