Regional Manager, Reconditioning Operations (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead operations across multiple vehicle reconditioning centers, including profitability, staffing, efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Work through onsite Operations Managers to achieve operational goals and maintain production systems.
• Establish and deliver supply chain goals in collaboration with leaders across departments.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, retention, leadership development, and performance management for reconditioning center teams.
• Conduct onsite visits, virtual meetings, planning sessions, observations, and report reviews.
• Use root cause analysis to identify trends, resolve issues, and create sustainable short- and long-term plans.

Requirements

• Degree in business, supply chain management, or a vocational/technical qualification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of management experience, including 3 or more years leading multi-unit locations.
• Experience with multi-unit site management and/or remote management.
• Ability to manage and collaborate with employees, customers, and corporate groups at all levels.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• English communication skills are required for effective performance in a safety-sensitive and technical environment.

Nice to have

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a multi-unit environment.
• Logistics or supply chain management experience.
