Manager, Remarketing Operations (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead inventory and transportation coordinators and manage vendors involved in vehicle remarketing.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to auction within company expectations.
• Review coordinator performance and work quality, conduct account reviews, and create development plans.
• Set daily and monthly goals and strategies to support long-term team success.
• Provide continuous training and coaching focused on quality customer service.
• Improve remarketing processes and collaborate with internal departments and strategic business partners on operations, compliance, and projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of management experience in a call center or retail environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, manage, coach, and develop employees.
• Must be comfortable working on site in Mesa, Arizona.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
• Familiarity with vehicle titles.
