Warehouse Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States. Onsite warehouse position; no travel is required.

What you will do

• Lead shipping and receiving team members and support warehouse operations.
• Coordinate communication and equipment instructions for loading finished products onto trailers.
• Assign trailer loading locations and communicate with carriers to support timely collection and loading.
• Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and related purchase-order documentation.
• Review operator and carrier data in the tracking platform.
• Maintain food safety practices and SQF System requirements while escalating equipment, process, and product issues.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in the field or a similar manufacturing environment.
• At least 4 years of experience in the position and managing people or projects.
• High school diploma required; an associate's degree is preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle, and storage systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication, conflict-resolution, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Must work onsite in Dallas, TX; no travel is required.
