Distribution Supervisor (First Shift)

Location: On-site in Hebron, Kentucky, United States; first-shift hours are approximately 5:00 AM–1:30 PM.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day distribution operations and develop a team of 20+ associates.
• Coordinate productivity plans using work-volume forecasts and balance labor across the facility.
• Communicate policies, reinforce compliance, and take corrective action when required.
• Build accountability, engagement, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in a Lean environment.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement process improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Provide performance feedback and development opportunities to 26 temporary and full-time direct reports, including monthly one-to-one meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma with 8+ years of experience, bachelor's degree with 5+ years, or master's degree with 3+ years.
• At least 2.5 years of experience leading 10+ associates in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System, preferably Oracle, and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma in a continuous improvement environment.
• Ability to make decisions, collaborate, motivate and develop associates, and work effectively with minimal support in ambiguous situations.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-paced operations site with multiple shifts.
• Experience with international shipping processes.
