Location: On-site in San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $140,000–$220,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Talk directly with customers to understand workflows and translate business problems into product decisions.
• Design, build, and ship customer-facing features, AI agents, integrations, and infrastructure across the full stack.
• Improve evaluations, automated tests, and tooling to make customer implementations faster and more reliable.
• Own product capabilities end to end and ship an initial feature to a live customer during the first week.

Requirements

• Production full-stack development experience with TypeScript, Next.js, and Python.
• Experience building production-ready AI agents, including context engineering, tool design, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience integrating legacy systems, APIs, third-party platforms, enterprise software, or ERP systems.
• Experience with customer discovery, requirements gathering, automated testing, observability, and production tooling.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, California, United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LLM frameworks, prompt engineering, or AI agent orchestration tools.
• Background in B2B operations automation, manufacturing workflows, or distribution.
• Experience in early-stage startup environments.
