Executive Director, Sales - West (Grocery Retail)

Location: United States; remote. Travel to various business locations up to 50% of the time.

Salary: $167,000–$245,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and execute regional sales, marketing, and merchandising strategies aligned with organizational and independent-segment goals.
• Identify new customer opportunities, analyze competitors and markets, and increase account penetration and share of shelf.
• Own regional P&L management, including budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and sales-margin analysis.
• Lead, develop, and coach high-performing sales leaders and teams.
• Build strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Represent the brand at trade events and industry associations, including through public speaking.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in the grocery retail channel, including 8+ years of management experience.
• Proven success developing and executing strategy, managing financial performance, leading teams, and driving profitable growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours, including some weekends.
