Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in Santa Clara, California; Austin, Texas; or Fort Collins, Colorado, United States

Salary: $100,000–$500,000 per year, including base and variable compensation targets.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional product development programs from concept through execution and delivery.
• Coordinate work across hardware, software, firmware, validation, manufacturing, supplier, and product organizations.
• Build alignment across diverse teams and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Manage program schedules, risks, dependencies, priorities, and stakeholder communications.
• Translate technical challenges into actionable plans and executive-level updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering; electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred.
• Experience in product design, validation, or engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience leading projects as a Technical Program Manager or Project Lead.
• Experience working across hardware, software, firmware, validation, manufacturing, and supplier organizations.
• Ability to manage complex technical programs using structured product development processes.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology is required; employment may depend on citizenship, permanent residency, or prior license approval.
