Production Tech - Syringes

Location: Swiftwater, Pennsylvania; onsite, rotating third shift. Applicants must be US or Puerto Rico residents.

Salary: $20.32–$27.09 per hour.

What you will do

• Perform syringe production activities and provide materials to production units in line with volume and business needs.
• Prepare production areas and operate, set up, and maintain process equipment across filling and aseptic production areas.
• Complete production records, picklists, move tickets, work orders, reagent orders, and inventory documentation, including data entry in SAP.
• Identify production, safety, and quality issues and communicate them to leadership while supporting corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in deviation and incident investigations, CAPAs, change controls, audits, and cross-functional improvement projects.
• Train new team members and pursue cross-training in multiple production areas.

Requirements

• High school equivalent plus 2+ years of cGMP or pharmaceutical experience, or an associate degree plus 1+ year, or a bachelor's degree with no required experience.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, computer skills, comprehension and retention skills, manual dexterity, and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to train and work in material movement, preparation, aseptic corridor, aseptic filling, and machine operation areas.
• Must successfully complete Aseptic Gown Training within 12 months and maintain acceptable training and gowning status.
• Ability to work a rotating third shift and follow cGMP, safety, and production procedures.
