Manufacturing Technician III (Biomanufacturing)

Location: USA - OH - West Chester; onsite manufacturing floor role

Salary: $24.00–$38.00 per hour

What you will do

• Operate, assemble, disassemble, start up, adjust, and sanitize filling equipment.
• Supply filling machines with materials, remove finished materials, and maintain smooth product flow.
• Perform in-process monitoring, visual and physical inspections, line clearances, filter integrity testing, and outgoing quality checks.
• Complete batch records, GMP documentation, logs, mathematical calculations, and OEE data collection.
• Maintain controlled and classified areas through cleaning, housekeeping, aseptic practices, and compliance with cGMPs and SOPs.
• Support preventive maintenance, validation and engineering protocols, 5S, SMED, problem-solving, and process improvement activities.

Requirements

• Must be able to understand, read, write, and communicate in English and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to keep accurate records and perform mathematical calculations.
• Ability to learn new skills, work effectively in a team, and adapt to a changing and demanding environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs, cGMPs, OSHA requirements, and safety procedures involving PPE, LOTO, chemicals, materials, waste, and spill controls.
• Some overtime may be required with minimal advance notice.
• Sponsorship or support for work authorization, including visas, is not available.

Nice to have

• High school, vocational school, or equivalent education.
• Experience with isolators, filling production, pharmaceutical or cGMP-regulated environments.
• Experience with aseptic processing and technique.
• Experience in lean manufacturing and knowledge of cGMPs and FDA policies and procedures.
