Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician

Location: Groton, Connecticut, USA; candidates should live within a commutable distance.

Salary: USD 18–30 per hour

What you will do

• Prepare, assist with, and execute batch documents, log books, labels, check sheets, protocols, change controls, and quality system documentation.
• Manufacture bulk products by converting raw materials into intermediate products and processing intermediates into final patient-ready presentations.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and support the maintenance of complex manufacturing equipment.
• Operate and maintain classified manufacturing spaces and complete operator care tasks.
• Generate, manage, and report operational performance data.
• Identify, own, and lead continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree in a scientific field.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, or experience in a regulated GMP, ISO, or similar environment.
• Experience with quality systems and strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, reach, lift up to 55 pounds, and wear required PPE, including respirators and protective suits.
