What you will do

• Support day-to-day security oversight of classified information systems and compliance with NISPOM Rule, DCSA/CSA guidance, approved security documentation, and local procedures.
• Verify implementation of security controls and compliance with System Security Plans, policies, and system-specific requirements.
• Conduct system self-inspections, document findings, and track, validate, and report corrective actions.
• Perform continuous monitoring of audit logs, account activity, configuration changes, vulnerabilities, and overall security posture.
• Support configuration management, incident response, authorization documentation, and reauthorization activities.
• Coordinate with the ISSM, FSO/AFSO, Insider Threat Program, IT, program leadership, and government security representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience.
• Experience supporting U.S. Government clients and applying information assurance policies and procedures.
• U.S. citizenship with active Top Secret eligibility and the ability to maintain eligibility.
• CAP, CISM, CySA, or CISSP certification required.
• Ability to develop, implement, and maintain secure network environments.
• Less than 5% travel.

Nice to have

• Experience establishing and maintaining Secure Internet Protocol Networks.
• Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WASSP, and MBSA.
• Strong background in information system certification and accreditation, including writing and reviewing security plans.
