What you will do

• Maintain the operational security posture of information systems supporting DoD agencies and Special Access Programs.
• Develop, review, and update system authorization packages, security documentation, and physical or logical topologies.
• Coordinate hardware, software, and firmware changes, assess their security impact, and provide recommendations to the ISSM and authorization officials.
• Conduct compliance reviews, self-inspections, audit-record analysis, incident handling, and system recovery monitoring.
• Identify cybersecurity vulnerabilities, support countermeasure implementation, and prepare reports on security safeguards.
• Provide day-to-day ISSO support for Collateral, SCI, SAP, and internal or external customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience, including prior work as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or ISSO.
• SAP experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area, or an associate degree plus two years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• IAT Level II or IAM Level II certification, such as Security+ CE or CCNA Security, required within six months of hire.
• TS/SCI clearance required; must be able to attain TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Nice to have

• GICSP, CCNA Security, or GSEC certification.
