Production Planning Analyst II

Location: Chaska, Minnesota, United States; the role is primarily on-site, with an eligible remote work arrangement available from home.

Annual salary: $74,000–$90,000, plus eligible bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Develop production and supply plans based on forecasts, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.
• Manage planning parameters in Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS to optimize finished goods, subassembly, and raw material supply.
• Review demand forecasts, master production schedules, and material requirements to ensure timely supply.
• Monitor physical inventories and cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate pilot builds and work orders for new product development and product launches.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using data to improve planning capabilities and inventory levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in procurement or a closely related field, or a master’s degree with 0+ years of experience.
• Experience in a high-volume work environment using interpersonal leadership skills.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, or Power BI, with the ability to learn job-specific systems.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage conflicting priorities.

Nice to have

• APICS CPIM, CSCP, or CPM certification.
• Experience operating in a regulated environment, including FDA, GMED, or NCIS requirements.
• Experience with lean manufacturing processes.
