Cost Accounting Analyst (ERP Transformation)

Location: Niwot, Colorado, USA; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $80,000–$112,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Analyze product costing, inventory valuation, manufacturing transactions, transfer pricing, and intercompany activities across global entities.
• Investigate costing, inventory, and intercompany issues through root-cause analysis and develop actionable recommendations.
• Extract, validate, reconcile, and analyze financial and operational data to improve transparency, controls, and decision-making.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders to document and standardize business processes.
• Support the Infor CloudSuite ERP transformation by validating future-state processes and financial results.
• Assist with System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, data validation, reconciliation, and deployment readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience in cost accounting, manufacturing finance, financial analysis, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of product costing, standard costing, manufacturing accounting, transfer pricing, inventory valuation, cost variance analysis, and intercompany transactions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and large-dataset analysis.
• Strong analytical, investigative, problem-solving, communication, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office, laboratory, and manufacturing environment in Niwot, Colorado.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing environment or with ERP systems such as Infor, IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, testing, or business process transformations.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Power Query, or other analytical and reporting tools.
• CPA, CMA, or another relevant professional certification.
