What you will do

• Monitor profit, sales, performance goals, and store financial reports.
• Oversee eyeglass department operations, inventory, efficiency, quality standards, and policy compliance.
• Lead, coach, and motivate opticians, contact lens sales associates, and other store staff.
• Deliver consistent customer service and ensure associates meet service standards.
• Coordinate promotions, advertising, visual merchandising, reporting, and communication with management.
• Support staffing forecasts, recruiting, selection, and retention of store employees.

Requirements

• Optical sales experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build effective associate relationships.
• Understanding of store operations, customer service, and operational standards.
• Strong oral and written communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze and understand financial reports.
• Availability to work Saturdays and occasional Sundays.
