Registered Nurse Ambulatory - Float Team - Full Time - Foundation Medical Partners

Location: Nashua, NH; in-person coverage across multiple family practices at sites throughout Southern New Hampshire.

What you will do

• Provide interim clinical coverage across multiple family practice sites.
• Room patients, take vital signs, assist providers, triage patients by telephone, and handle prescription calls.
• Carry out the nursing process in person, by telephone, and through telehealth modalities.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate progress toward care goals.
• Administer medications, treatments, and vaccines; perform point-of-care testing; and collect and handle specimens within the scope of practice.
• Educate patients on self-management, medications, nutrition, health, and wellness.

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire Registered Nursing (RN) licensure is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
