Operations Supervisor 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Roseburg, Oregon, USA. Onsite second-shift role, Monday–Friday, 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m., subject to business needs.

Hiring salary range: $74,353–$94,011 per year.

What you will do

• Supervise associates across assigned manufacturing departments and provide resources to maximize throughput and minimize waste.
• Monitor quality standards, production goals, processing schedules, individual productivity, and department performance.
• Manage time and attendance records, performance evaluations, advancement recommendations, and disciplinary procedures.
• Identify root causes of performance or quality failures and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate shift handoffs and communicate operational issues affecting service levels to senior management.
• Partner with Quality Services to maintain accurate and complete order processing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in production or manufacturing, or comparable management experience.
• Ability to manage a diverse workforce and support an inclusive environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced operating environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Roseburg, Oregon, during the second shift.

Nice to have

• Experience applying lean principles and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience improving safety culture and leading Kaizen initiatives.
