LPM Analyst III

Location: Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week at the St. Louis Corporate Office in Saint Louis, Missouri, USA. Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring present or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $88,000–$113,500 target base salary per year, plus potential bonus and incentive awards.

What you will do

• Connect IT strategy, portfolio performance, financial insights, and business priorities to support enterprise decision-making.
• Lead the creation, management, and communication of IT KPIs and performance metrics.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using agile tooling, NICUS, Power BI, and portfolio data.
• Support IT budget forecasting, cost tracking, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
• Translate business and IT strategies into actionable portfolios and initiatives while monitoring performance, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with Value Stream Owners, business architecture teams, Finance, and IT leadership to improve portfolio management practices and enterprise roadmaps.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Lean Portfolio Management, project management, or a related field.
• Expert knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management and SAFe principles.
• Experience with Power BI or another reporting tool.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Current U.S. work authorization without requiring company-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
• Availability to work at least three days per week from the St. Louis office under the company’s work-from-home policy.

• Experience managing complex portfolios, prioritizing initiatives, and analyzing portfolio performance.
