Maintenance Mechanic & Technician (CNC) - 2nd Shift

Location: 9704 W Roosevelt St, Tolleson, AZ 85353, USA. On-site, 2nd shift from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM with no paid lunch.

Pay: $32.46–$38.27 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential.

What you will do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy wood-processing equipment, including Homag saws, CNC machines, and edge-banding equipment.
• Perform maintenance on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating, cooling, and other building systems.
• Develop and maintain preventive-maintenance procedures for equipment and facility systems.
• Communicate maintenance issues and projects that may affect production quality and schedules.
• Maintain tools, equipment, maintenance records, and project files; requisition required parts and supplies.
• Support compliance with local building and fire codes and applicable PPE requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance-related roles involving heavy CNC-style machinery.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to use and troubleshoot hand tools and power tools and interpret equipment manuals and blueprints.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at elevated heights, bend, crawl, kneel, squat, twist, stand, and work in awkward spaces.
• Ability to lift or exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Ability to read instructions, operate machines, inspect parts, and perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
