Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Cicero, Illinois, United States; onsite in an operational baking plant

Salary: $31.28–$41 per hour

What you will do

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to keep process equipment safe, functional, and efficient.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment while progressing through maintenance training programs.
• Complete assigned work orders within the required time.
• Work with machinery and equipment in an operational baking environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Use power tools, hand tools, drill presses, and other shop tools.
• Read and interpret documents in English.
• Use notebook computers, standard office equipment, and various communication methods.
• Regularly sit, stand, stoop, and perform tasks requiring hand motor coordination.
• Lift up to 50 pounds, use building stairways, and stand or stoop for prolonged periods in a hot environment.
