Senior DSP Engineer (Electronic Warfare)

Location: Sunrise, Florida, United States; onsite. U.S. Citizenship is required, and applicants must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR/EAR or be eligible for an export license. The role supports government contracts and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Salary: $111,500–$170,000 per year.

What you will do

• Architect and implement DSP systems for communication and sensing platforms.
• Develop high-performance signal-processing algorithms and translate system concepts into robust implementations.
• Design experiments, analyze data, and validate system and component performance.
• Prepare requirements, specifications, test plans, project documentation, and technical reports.
• Plan engineering work, scopes, budgets, and schedules while supporting proposals for engineering projects and programs.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, systems, and integration teams to advance electronic-warfare capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant DSP or communications engineering experience; or a master’s degree with 6+ years; or a PhD with 3+ years.
• Advanced digital signal processing algorithm development and implementation experience.
• Strong communications theory knowledge.
• Programming proficiency in C or C++.
• Experience with software-defined radios, DSP validation, signal-processing techniques, and software/hardware integration.
• U.S. Citizenship is required; government-contract work and the ability to obtain a security clearance are required.
