Partnerships Manager (AI/Robotics)

Location: Must be based in San Francisco Bay Area (San Mateo) or Boston (Somerville)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective partners, communicating the company's technology and vision.
• Develop technical fluency in the company's models to identify use cases and demonstrate capabilities.
• Evaluate and qualify partnership opportunities, prioritizing high-value relationships.
• Manage partner initiatives end-to-end, including workplans, milestones, and timelines.
• Coordinate across ML, engineering, product, and GTM teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco Bay Area (San Mateo) or Boston (Somerville)
• 2–5 years of professional experience in a high-ownership environment like a startup or management consulting.
• Proven ability to drive multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly develop fluency in complex products or technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience working in AI/ML, robotics, or developer platforms.
• Experience owning partner or customer engagements from initial conversation through execution.
• Background in partnerships, business development, or strategy & operations.
