Product Designer (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid schedule based out of the NYC office

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year, plus potential stock options, incentive pay, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design agent-facing products end to end in partnership with product, engineering, and the Lead Product Designer.
• Help agents understand the next action across pipelines of active real estate deals.
• Prototype working product flows with Claude, Codex, and Cursor, guiding structure, behavior, and user experience quality.
• Conduct listening sessions, user conversations, and quick tests with real estate agents.
• Translate validated concepts and workflows into production-ready Figma designs.
• Simplify the customer and agent experience while managing the underlying complexity of real estate transactions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience designing digital products.
• Experience or interest in internal tools, B2B products, or workflow-heavy systems.
• Active use of AI tools such as Claude, Codex, or Cursor in the design workflow.
• A portfolio demonstrating customer empathy, product thinking, design craft, and the process behind final designs.
• Ability to examine data, communicate clearly in writing, receive feedback, and ask questions early.
