Sr. Manager - Microsoft Operations (Microsoft)

Location: Somerset, New Jersey, USA; ability to travel 20% required.

Salary: $95,000–$145,000 annual pay, including base salary and bonus.

What you will do

• Lead strategy and execution for local and international Microsoft operational teams.
• Develop performance metrics, dashboards, reporting frameworks, business reviews, and scorecards.
• Standardize Microsoft operational processes, governance, documentation, and ownerhirify.globalp models.
• Oversee licensing support, contract routing, license order management, agreement lifecycle activities, and operational handoffs.
• Partner with Sales, Purchasing, IT, Finance, Microsoft-aligned leaders, and vendor-side Microsoft stakeholders.
• Forecast capacity, resolve cross-functional operational challenges, and coach leaders and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Technology, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in operational leaderhirify.globalp, governance, reporting, contracts, license order management, partner program operations, or related functions.
• Experience leading and scaling operational processes in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, influencing, change management, and process transformation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs, licensing operations, processing workflows, partner program requirements, or similar vendor operational models.
• Ability to travel 20% and work in Somerset, New Jersey, USA.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or advanced project and change management experience.
• Master’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Experience with Microsoft licensing, Enterprise Agreements, Cloud Solution Provider programs, renewals, and Microsoft partner operations.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, or similar data visualization and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of cloud and SaaS business models, audit readiness, documentation standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
