Sr. Manager IT Business Systems (Oracle ERP)

Location: United States - Shakopee, MN (GHQ); up to 10% travel may be required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

Salary: $135,718–$199,053 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead a group of Business Systems Analysts, including hiring, performance management, development, work planning, and training.
• Deliver and support IT solutions for Customer Operations and Service organizations.
• Manage Oracle E-Business Suite modules and integrations with enterprise applications.
• Own solution architecture for Order Management, Pricing, Asset Tracking, and Service solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships, application support escalations, Level 3 support, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Align regional requirements with global templates and deliver solution architectures across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with Oracle ERP and global solution design.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Installed Base, and Service Contracts modules.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience and IT project management experience.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall software development processes, plus knowledge of SQL or PL/SQL tools.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States is required.
