Operations Specialist (Ecommerce)

Location: Douglasville, Georgia, United States; onsite warehouse role

What you will do

• Unload trucks and palletize boxes for processing.
• Open shipments and scan shipping labels.
• Use applications and computer software to complete order fulfillment.
• Box items, operate packaging equipment, and place labels accurately.
• Support authenticators by ensuring items are correctly unboxed, handled, and packaged.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in warehouse or retail environments, including unloading trucks and processing boxes.
• Ability to work with urgency, meet timelines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, turn, and pivot for more than 75% of the working time.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional team lifting of up to 100 pounds; closed-toe and closed-heel shoes are required.
