Operations Supervisor – Night Shift (Ecommerce Fulfillment)

Location: On-site in Pittston, Pennsylvania, United States, at one of the hirify.global Pittston fulfillment centers. Overnight/night-shift work is required, with weekend, holiday, and overtime flexibility based on business needs.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates during the night shift.
• Set shift priorities, monitor productivity and throughput, and manage quality, accuracy, attendance, and safety KPIs.
• Adjust labor allocation and workflows as operational volumes and priorities change.
• Troubleshoot fulfillment issues, coordinate with other departments, and make real-time operating decisions.
• Train and onboard new associates while maintaining inventory accuracy, equipment standards, sanitation, and safety.
• Communicate results, risks, and outstanding issues during shift-to-shift handoffs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse operations, distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, or a related environment.
• Strong coaching, people-leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using data and KPIs to manage performance in a fast-paced operation.
• Ability to work an overnight/night-shift schedule and work on-site in Pittston, Pennsylvania.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems.
• Degree or coursework in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous-improvement experience.
