Supply Chain Operations Coordinator - First Shift - Contract

Location: Devens, Massachusetts, United States; on-site, first shift, Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–6:00 pm

What you will do

• Manage shipping, receiving, purchase-order verification, stocking, and materials processing.
• Maintain warehouse materials, equipment, supplies, loading-dock conditions, and a clean work environment.
• Operate pallet jacks, powered jacks, forklifts, hand tools, and small power tools safely.
• Perform physical inventories, cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and KPI reporting.
• Identify, report, and quarantine damaged or non-conforming parts during incoming inspections with QA/QC guidance.
• Support HAZMAT storage and shipping compliance, safety protocols, and internal customer inquiries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of combined inventory-control or shipping-and-receiving experience.
• Ability to obtain a Massachusetts Class 3A hoisting license.
• Understanding of ERP functionality, inventory operations, warehouse operations, MS Office, and G-Suite.
• Strong organization, accuracy, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and work around hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead, high voltage, and cryogenics.
