Warehouse Specialist (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Dallas, Texas, United States; work at the Farmers Branch and Carrollton locations

Salary: $17–$18 per hour

What you will do

• Support hirify.global members with logistics, problem-solving, and day-to-day projects.
• Receive, unload, organize, and place incoming inventory.
• Monitor the delivery dock and welcome delivery trucks.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Track shipment arrival and departure times.
• Keep warehouse, kitchen, office, and building operations running efficiently.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to locate merchandise and follow member-specific instructions.
• Physical strength and stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to operate required machinery; training is provided.
• Willingness to learn new technology.

Nice to have

• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Retail or warehouse experience.
