What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide customer service, resolve issues, and follow up with new and existing customers.
• Generate relationship growth through appointments, referrals, internal partnerships, and sales processes.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or relevant military administration.
• Ability to complete additional background checks and provide fingerprints under NMLS regulations.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Strong relationship-building, verbal, written communication, presentation, and technology skills.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products is preferred.
