Financial Relationship Banker - Louisville McCaslin (Denver, CO)

Location: Denver, CO; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $24.00–$26.00 hourly, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Identify opportunities to retain and grow consumer and business relationships through appointments, referrals, and structured sales processes.
• Recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products and services based on customer needs.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank and maintain strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products, with an understanding of banking, sales, investments, lending, and business banking.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Current full-time work authorization in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• One or more years of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, retail sales, or business-to-business sales.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking platforms.
