Product Specialist

Location: La Vergne, Tennessee, USA; onsite

Salary: $22.17–$27.48 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain item master and purchase order data, including pricing, discounts, availability, returnability, supplier information, and acknowledgements.
• Set up new products and maintain title-coding information.
• Expedite overdue purchase orders, communicate with suppliers, and track inbound shipments.
• Respond to JIRA support tickets from Sales, Customer Care, and other internal stakeholders within established timelines.
• Research titles and resolve discrepancies for management, Sales, Customer Care, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with Content Managers and multiple internal departments to improve service levels and supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of experience inputting, maintaining, and analyzing data.
• Two years of intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Experience creating Excel spreadsheets with basic mathematical formulas and data manipulation, including VLOOKUP.
• Two to three years of experience conducting internet research using standard search tools.
• Ability to work onsite in La Vergne, Tennessee, USA.
