Area Manager (Operations)

Location: Arlington, TX, United States; requires flexibility to work flex shifts, nights, and weekends as business needs dictate.

What you will do

• Lead shifts with safety, quality, production, cost, cleanliness, and security as core priorities.
• Guide, coach, mentor, and develop Process Assistants and Associates.
• Build weekly schedules, manage labor budgets, establish KPIs, and monitor operational performance.
• Recruit and select talent while providing feedback and managing employee experience.
• Present quarterly projects that improve business performance and lead teams through change.
• Partner cross-functionally to solve operational and workflow challenges.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience leading people and teams, ideally in operations or retail.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback, including disciplinary conversations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence speaking to large groups.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including spreadsheets and presentation software, plus the ability to use scanners, ladders, and warehouse software.
• Ability to analyze reports, summarize conclusions, recognize workflow challenges, and act with urgency and attention to detail.

• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
