Branch Manager I (MLO) (Banking)

Location: Chagrin Valley, Ohio, United States; in-office position

Salary: $70,125–$116,875 per year, plus incentive compensation based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and customer experience.
• Acquire consumer and business relationships through consultative sales, community involvement, and collaboration with ecosystem partners.
• Coach employees to deliver technology-enabled, omnichannel banking interactions and resolve customer issues.
• Attract, onboard, retain, coach, and develop branch team members while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales practice, and business risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge; a university degree is not required.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, banking, sales management, customer experience, and client counseling.
• Ability to manage people, multiple priorities, customer relationships, and business development activities.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Additional background checks may be required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, FDIA, SAFE Act, and/or FINRA requirements.
