Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida 32250; in-office at the Jacksonville Beach Branch, 2300 3rd Street South

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and financial well-being initiatives.
• Acquire consumer and business households, grow share of wallet, and drive business banking results through community involvement and partner collaboration.
• Coach the team on consultative selling, technology-enabled interactions, customer advice, and effective problem resolution.
• Recruit, onboard, retain, coach, and develop branch employees while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, compliance, and sales-practice risks.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, established policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge; a university degree is not required.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, banking, sales management, customer experience, and client counseling.
• Strong people management, communication, accountability, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage risk and comply with regulatory guidelines, including applicable Consumer Financial Protection Bureau requirements.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
