Regional Manager - Commercial Services (Banking)

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate commercial teller operations through supervisors, including assigning special projects.
• Review and recommend methods and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Meet customers to resolve complex work problems and sell additional bank services.
• Maintain strict accountability for cash and ensure internal controls function properly.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, laws, and regulations.
• Apply integrity, caring, and excellence when making operational and customer decisions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of bank operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
