Lead Functional Consultant, Customer Support (CS)

Location: Reston, Virginia, United States — on-site five days per week. The role supports U.S. government contracts and requires U.S. citizenship or U.S. Person status, depending on the project. The role may also require the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Top Secret security clearance.

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 USD per year, plus an annual target incentive bonus and equity component.

What you will do

• Act as the primary functional advisor for Public Sector and Federal customers.
• Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, design workshops, and UAT preparation.
• Translate business, compliance, and contracting requirements into scalable hirify.global solutions.
• Own functional delivery from discovery through go-live, including configuration oversight, testing, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.
• Partner with project managers, architects, technical teams, and customer stakeholders to manage risks and escalations.
• Mentor consultants and analysts while promoting reusable delivery best practices.

Requirements

• Experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions, preferably in CLM, procurement, ERP, CRM, legal operations, or workflow platforms.
• Participation in at least three full-lifecycle implementations in functional consulting, business analysis, or solution consulting.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, process mapping, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to lead workstreams, independently manage deliverables, facilitate design reviews, and make scalable product-aligned decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, executive communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. citizenship or U.S. Person status is required for applicable government projects; Top Secret clearance eligibility may be required.
