Senior Director, Commerce Accounts

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, Illinois, USA

Salary: $165,000–$175,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Serve as the senior client leader for a portfolio of strategic Commerce accounts.
• Build executive relationships and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
• Own account health, growth, profitability, and commercial opportunity development.
• Establish scalable standards, governance, and operating practices for Commerce client leadership.
• Coordinate Commerce Strategy, Discoverability, Creative, Operations, Analytics, and Commercial teams.
• Develop account roadmaps and high-performing teams focused on measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or better.
• Experience building strategic client relationships and navigating complex organizations.
• Strong commercial leadership and account growth capabilities.
• Ability to develop high-performing account teams and manage governance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and operational performance.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from the Chicago office.
