Senior Project Manager (Logistics and Supply Chain)

Salary: $131,400–$161,500 base pay

What you will do

• Lead the initiation, planning, governance, and delivery of complex, strategic, cross-functional projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, business cases, project charters, resources, and timelines.
• Lead and mentor project teams while managing schedules, dependencies, critical paths, budgets, and corrective actions.
• Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, conflicts, project reporting, and executive decision support.
• Support complex contract negotiations, vendor performance, change orders, and compliance requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and lead complex problem-solving efforts.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of progressive project management experience.
• Proven success managing highly complex, strategic, and cross-functional projects with significant organizational impact.
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and experience managing budgets, financial performance, risks, issues, contracts, and vendors.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent project management experience; PMP certification is highly desired.
