SharePoint/Power Platform Developer

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $110,000–$125,000 annually

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requests, map business processes, and identify pain points.
• Redesign SharePoint Online templates, layouts, sites, Hub Sites, search roll-ups, term sets, and content types using mobile-first approaches.
• Design and deploy Power Apps, approval flows, request workflows, notification processes, and reusable Power Platform components.
• Consolidate cross-directorate data into personalized Power BI views and advise on Dataverse data models.
• Establish governance resources with links to DHS and FEMA policies and guidance.
• Document risks, data models, compliance posture, and data-management practices, and train power users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience developing and designing SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
• Ability to attain and maintain a FEMA Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with data modeling, governance, compliance documentation, and Power Platform solutions.
• Must be located within the United States.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics or SharePoint certification.
• Previous FEMA project or contract experience.
