D365 Customer Engagement Consultant (Customer Service & Sales)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid or remote

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per annum

What you will do

• Gather and analyze client requirements for Customer Service and Sales processes.
• Design, configure, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 CE solutions for customer engagement, case management, and sales pipeline effectiveness.
• Advise clients on Power Platform capabilities, including Power Automate and Canvas Apps, to automate workflows.
• Lead client workshops, solution design sessions, and live demonstrations.
• Review solutions for alignment with Microsoft standards and client objectives.
• Document functional designs, process flows, and solution architecture while collaborating with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a D365 CE Consultant with functional expertise in Customer Service and Sales modules.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.
• Experience delivering end-to-end D365 CE implementations focused on sales and customer service outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience leading client workshops, solution design sessions, and mentoring junior consultants.
