Microsoft D365 CRM, Consultant II

Location: Remote

Salary: $66,000–$89,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Support analysis and design sessions covering sales, marketing, service, and operational requirements.
• Contribute to CRM projects across planning, design, implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and support.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, user stories, and configuration designs.
• Configure, test, demonstrate, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and related applications.
• Communicate risks, scope concerns, and timeline issues to project leadership while supporting client stakeholders.
• Mentor Consultant I team members and contribute to proposals, work plans, demonstrations, and business development activities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience with software implementations, business requirements, business process management, and CRM.
• At least 2 years of business analysis experience.
• Experience with software troubleshooting and testing.
• Solid understanding of logical data modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to combine innovative thinking with disciplined execution and established methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Marketing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Visio knowledge.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications.
• Undergraduate degree in a related business, technology, engineering, or economics field.
