Dynamics 365 Developer (Microsoft)

Location: Remote within the continental United States; based in Dallas, Texas.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Configure tables, entities, forms, views, business rules, and automated processes.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure services.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Perform unit and user acceptance testing, solution deployments, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Prepare technical documentation and follow Microsoft best practices, security controls, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least five years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Customer Engagement solutions.
• Proficiency with Dynamics 365 configuration and development, JavaScript, C#, .NET, plugins, workflows, and Power Platform.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications through APIs, web services, and integration tools.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, model-driven Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• U.S. citizenship is required; selected candidates must complete a background check and be able to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with federal government CRM implementations, especially for the VA or another federal healthcare agency.
• Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and Agile/Scrum solution delivery.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
