Dynamics 365 Developer (Microsoft)

What you will do

• Design and develop customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations for Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Configure tables, entities, forms, views, business rules, and automated processes.
• Integrate enterprise systems through APIs, web services, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform unit and user acceptance testing, manage deployments, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow Microsoft best practices, security controls, and compliance standards in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least five years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Customer Engagement solutions.
• Proficiency with Dynamics 365 configuration and development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, plugins, workflows, and Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, APIs, web services, and integration tools.
• U.S. citizenship is required, and the candidate must reside within the continental United States.
• Successful completion of a background check and ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance, including fingerprinting when required, are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with federal government CRM implementations, especially for the Department of Veterans Affairs or another federal healthcare agency.
• Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and Agile/Scrum solution delivery.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
